Jellaxin'

I don't know what got into me this weekend, but I decided I needed to make some jam. Never one to do something on a small scale, I ended up with 7 pints of apricot jam, 2.5 pints of pepper jelly, and 8 pints of sugar-free strawberry jam. All of a sudden, it seems like everyone I know is my best friend and they are not shy about mentioning which type of jam they prefer.
